Remote Support
The technician will request that you download the following file to enable remote support on your machine.
Windows remote support is charged at £7.50+VAT, Mac remote support is charged at £20+VAT per 30 minute session. Alternatively you can sign up to our support options which gives you unlimted remote support for a small monthly fee. Contact us for more information.
